What is Mindfulness?

 

Mindfulness is about bringing awareness to your moment-to-moment experience without judgement, bringing a kindly curiosity to what’s showing up in the present moment, in both your mind and your body.

Allowing space for you to decrease your stress levels, recognise the inter-connectedness of your thoughts, your body and your emotions and cultivate lasting change.
